Getting There
The ceremony begins at 4:30 PM, and arrival is between 4:00 and 4:25 PM so you can settle in and find a seat. Once the ceremony starts, the venue will not seat late arrivals, so please plan accordingly.
We've arranged a shuttle between [HOTEL BLOCK] and the venue, so you can skip the driving and enjoy the evening. Meet at [PICK UP SPOT TBD] at the [HOTEL BLOCK] by [T -5min]. The bus departs for the venue at [T 0].
The return bus will be waiting at 8:45 PM and departs for [HOTEL BLOCK] at 9:00 PM.
Driving yourself? There's plenty of parking on site. Please note that the parking lot is one way, and the Garden Room entrance is on the side of the building.
Dress Code
Cocktail or formal attire.
Dig out that outfit you’ve never had a reason to wear: the velvet, the sequins, the dramatic cape.
Dress to feel comfortable and look incredible! Our dress code is gender-neutral, so wear whatever expresses you best.

Our photographer will capture the ceremony and the whole evening, so we ask that you keep phones, cameras, and selfie sticks put away during the ceremony. Once the reception starts, snap away!
